Assist with User Experience research (UX) and User Interface design (UI) for internal software products.

• Produce all of the above graphic and web designs in a fast paced environment to help drive adoption of the change within the organization to support company wide communications and training. Schedule and design training websites and collaterals to help organize and promote training events. Collaborate with internal business and technical teams to gather requirements to ensure all messages are accurately presented.

• Successfully re-designed all graphics and website layout for company’s new Global Intranet, help created a platform that is great for team collaboration with ease of maintenance for all organizations throughout the company. Graphic design on all marketing communications for new Global Intranet preparation and launch events. Created an IT robot mascot for Intranet Launch communications. Projects include site templates, logos, icons, banners, animations, videos, script writing, training materials, user guides, postcards, flyers, promotional items and more.
